The January Newsletter sent via mail, announced that City and Village would be handling the 2023 assessments for Raintree.
At this time your property owner account is not live with City and Village, so please do not call them at this time.
If you currently prepay your assessments monthly, this will be the first official
transition to City and Village, targeted for March 1st. For these owners only, you will receive an email in a few days from secretary@raintreepoa.net with your City and Village account number.
Action you need to take, you will need to provide your recurring bill payment provider with the City and Village address and your account number, which will be sent to you in a separate and personal email. City and Village requires the account number for faster and accurate payment posting to your account. Note: City and Village does not originate your recurring monthly payment.

For all other owners, you will receive your assessment invoice in late May. Your invoice will have your City and Village account number, including payment options and instructions. There is no action you need to take at this time.
If you wish to start recurring monthly payments or make a prepayment of your assessments, you may contact the RPOA Board Secretary for your City and Village account number.
At this time please refer any questions regarding City and Village to
