Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintains common grounds, assists committees like Roads and Security to keep Raintree’s property in good operation.
- Handles all winter weather road care.
- Handles all summer maintenance.

Raintree’s paid Maintenance Crew, led by Tom Hayes, maintains common grounds, assists committees like Roads and Security to keep Raintree’s property in good operation, handles all winter weather road care, and does general maintenance of Raintree assets. If you see a problem with roads, culverts, etc., please fill out a Work Order and submit it to the office for evaluation.
Maintenance Committee meetings are announced as needed.
