Primary Responsibilities:

  • Request bids for projects identified as most needed for the current year.
  • Manage maintenance of 39 miles of Raintree roads out of the annual subdivision budget.

Raintree’s 39 miles of roads are maintained out of the annual subdivision budget and are our highest expense. Each year bids are requested for projects identified as most needed for the current year, including internal roads as well as Plantation and Column Drives outside the gates. Speed limits and attention to driving protect our streets as well as our residents.

Roads Committee meetings are announced as needed.
