Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Rules document clearly documenting Rules for the understanding of Property Owners.
  •  Review and validate Complaints submitted by Property Owners.
  • Issue warning letters and censures, and conduct hearings as necessary.

Raintree Property Owners expect their neighbors to comply with Rules for the good of everyone’s property values and enjoyment of our community. Rules were created from Covenants, often fleshing out vagueness and lack of detail. Censures for Rules infractions are conveyed by letter and are reported to Collections if not paid. Please familiarize yourself with current Rules.

Rules Committee meetings are announced as needed.
