Primary Responsibilities:
In 2025, the RPOA combined technology and security, as both are dependent on one another for seamless functionality and integration.
The primary purpose of the Technology and Security Committee is to help not only ensure proper and secure integrations between technology, infrastructure, and process; but also, to support the POA board from a security perspective both digital and physical.
The committee also manages the video camera systems at the gates and select locations around Raintree, the infrastructure design, hardware, software, network, services, and data for the RPOA.
The security team is not a police force. They review video recordings and work with Rules to assess censures when gates are knocked down and/or damaged. Security also oversees those who use the beach and boat ramp to ensure current stickers are in place and that rules and restrictions are honored.
