The May POA Board meeting will be held at the POA building on Monday, 5/16 starting at 7 pm. You are invited to attend and listen to the business of Raintree.
An Open Forum will be held afterward. As discussed in the April meeting, if you have a topic you would like to raise in the Open Forum, send a note with your question or comment to RaintreePOABoard@gmail.com before end of day Saturday.
Unfinished Business that will be discussed:
- Report on sewer district and maintenance shed project.
New Business that will be discussed:
- Autumn Lake to be No Wake for July 4th
- ACC Variance for a home (Sec. 12, Lot 23). This needs a 17′ variance that also needs to be approved by Jefferson County.
- Adding language to the Shed Guidelines: “Shed shall be built within the building setbacks of the given property. Where two or more lots are conjoined with a property survey, the shed shall be built within the given building setbacks of property containing the home.”
We will also summarize the Community Discussion held on April 24 at the Pavilion.
