The Raintree POA office will be open for business as usual on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm. The office will close at noon on Friday, Christmas Eve, and will not be open on Saturday, Christmas Day. Office hours will resume on Tuesday, at 9 am.
Property Owners in good standing may request a gate code for either day, as stated in the posted Security Policy. Only the office can issue gate codes. The back gate Guest Access Kiosk will be available 24/7 as usual for guests and deliveries to registered homeowners. (Refer your guests to the How To video posted on the website, menu item Guest Access. Be sure to watch it yourself, too!)
Please manage your guests’ parking to avoid blocking the road for emergency vehicles and other traffic.
The same special office hours will apply next week for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
