The POA Office is open until 3pm today and Friday.  9-1 Saturday.  The Office will be closed Sunday through Tuesday.

If you need a Holiday Code, Purple Stickers, Purple Hang Tags, or Guest Parking Passes for the weekend through the 4th of July, please get those prior to Saturday at 1pm.

HRW Towing will be on site over the weekend and the 4th of July.  Do not get booted or towed for expired parking identification!  You must have PURPLE!!!   All other colors are invalid for beach and boat ramp parking.

Parking on the Beach side of Vista Dr. is for owners only with a fully affixed vehicle sticker.  Hang tags and Guest Parking passes are for parking on the Pavilion and Campground side of Vista Drive.  Please make sure your family and guests are aware of the parking policy.

The boat ramp parking requires a vehicle sticker or hang tag and a trailer sticker.

Pavilion and Campground parking passes are not valid for parking other than in the Pavilion and Campground.

We are expecting the busiest weekend of the year, so please do not set up on the beach and leave.  Your party needs to have someone with your belongings. Security may remove your items if you set up and leave.  Please be courteous to all of your neighbors.

If you are participating in Fireworks please be extremely careful due to the dry conditions.  Raintree does not need accidental fires due to fireworks.  Igniting fireworks on POA common grounds is prohibited.  

Autumn Lake is no wake all day on July 4th and after sunset everyday.  If you will be watching the fireworks from the lake remember no wake and to have your navigational lights on.
