Interim Board Resumes

Reminder…Resumes for the 2 Interim Board positions are due by Friday, June 16, 2023 @ 3pm.
Please consider this opportunity for a trial to see if you want to apply for a longer-term position.

Summer Reminder

Yesterday there was a young minor child alone at the beach.  As a reminder there is not a lifeguard at the beach.  Minor children should not be unaccompanied on POA property, including the beach and pavilion.  While children are certainly welcome to enjoy the amenities, they must be with an adult/property owner and not be left for the community at large to protect them from harm.

Orange Hang Tags

Reminder that the Orange Hang Tags expired April 1st.  There are 20 censures going out for this rules violation.

You must have a Purple Hang Tag to park at the Pavilion/Campground side of Vista Dr.  NOTE: Hang Tags are not valid for parking on the Beach side of Vista Dr.  but Hang Tags are valid for the boat ramp parking lot.

Lake Treatment Update

The fourth lake treatment of the year was completed June 7th.  

The lingering problem in Autumn Lake is a stubborn plant Naiad.  The green floating in the lake is Naiad dying.  Part of the plant breaks away and floats until it goes on land or sinks.  It is not algae.  The treatment report stated the lake did not have noteable filamentous algae.  Our treatment vendor has ordered another product to boost the treatment of the Naiad.  The next lake treatment is June 21st.
