2025 – May Technology and Security Meeting
Technology and Security meeting minutes:
These meetings will be generally closed as any votes of action or spend will be presented to the executive board and then discussed and voted on when needed and required during monthly public RPOA Board of Directors meetings.
The T&S team reviewed and discussed the RPOA IT infrastructure and security project roadmap. Prioritization was discussed and set, as well as project details and associated cost where cost was a factor. The action item from the T&S committee is to share the information with the executive board and integrate suggested feedback. Once the feedback is gathered, we will discuss the project list that involve associated cost at a RPOA public board meeting and will vote on approval to move forward on projects with cost associated.
As we begin to execute our T&S RPOA project roadmap we will share the high-level details and timelines and estimated | actual costs where applicable with the community. We are looking forward to bringing more security metric details to the community in the near future as well - so stay tuned!
