To make it easier to point your guests to the recording of how to use the Guest Access system, the video is now posted on its own page of the POA website.  Find it (Guest Access) on the menu at the top right of the home page.

While gate codes are an option only on specific holidays, the Guest Access kiosk at the back gate is available 24/7 for residential Property Owners who have provided preferred phone numbers and registered with the POA to use it.
