In an effort to bolster the security of Raintree, the monthly real estate Sunday is being discontinued. Real estate Sunday was the second Sunday of each month, where the gates were opened for 2 hours in the afternoon. The intent was to assist sellers’ open houses; however, word has spread and we experience a high number of unauthorized visitors enjoying Raintree’s amenities. There will not be one beginning with October.
Real estate agents have access for their clients to show listings. Owners can provide access as well.
Keeping Raintree’s gates closed will assist in keeping unauthorized visitors out of our community.
