SHORTAGE OF OFFICE STAFF

Raintree Owners,

Unexpectedly the office staff has one person working instead of our normal three. This should be a temporary situation, however, at this time we do not know the duration.

To accommodate our needs,  temporary changes will be implemented.

  • We will be adding a phone menu to answer some basic phone calls.
  • Owner volunteers will be assisting with answering phones, emails and basic
    support to the remaining staff.  The volunteers will not have system access to
    owner information.

STICKERS

  • All stickers must be ordered online. The Office can assist you if you need help with the online form.
  • Any stickers needed for the 4th of July Holiday period must be obtained from the office by July 3rd.  Current year stickers are required on boats, PWCs, and golf carts, prior to use.
  • The use of boats, PWC’s, or golf carts after April 1, 2024 without a current year sticker is a violation of the Raintree Plantation Rules and can result in a censure.  These stickers are GREEN

A schedule of Saturday hours will be posted.  Temporarily, all Saturdays will not have office hours.

We ask that you please be patient as request will take longer to respond to.  We continue the efforts to return to normal as quickly as possible.
