Discussion Topic – Election Ballot Items
The POA annual election is held the 3rd weekend in September each year. This is your opportunity as a property owner to exercise your rights and have a say in what happens in Raintree.
Each year in preparation for the annual election, the POA Board accepts submissions for ballot items from property owners for changes to the Bylaws and Covenants.
This year the Raintree Community is kicking off the preparations by holding a Town Hall discussion on February 13th. This Town Hall, like others, is open to ALL property owners.
Bring your ideas for potential changes to the Raintree Bylaws and Covenants.
Town Hall will be live-streamed, and the recording will be posted on the Raintree POA website. If you are unable to attend, email your ideas to firstname.lastname@example.org.
***Reminder: all suggested ballot items must be submitted as soon as possible and no later than April 30th @ 3pm. This is to provide ample time for discussion and research.***
